I have had the distinct pleasure of knowing Muffin Lynham well over 30 years, both socially and professionally. Most recently, our Family agreed to have Muffin as the lead agent and her real estate company represent The Perry Family for the marketing and sale of our Family Home of over 53 years in Chevy Chase Village. This project was extremely sentimental and emotionally sensitive for our Family to endure and with Muffin and company's team guiding us comfortably through the process, she found the perfect buyer for our Treasured Home. The effort she put into the superior marketing plan and virtual tour was impeccable. Also holding several “open houses” and paying close attention to our “position in the market" kept our house “FRESH” by marketing standards. In addition to her strong attention to detail and ability to work with outside contractors, making necessary improvements to our “outdated home” was a major factor in getting things done in order to solidify a qualified buyer.
It was a pleasure working with Muffin, and I would certainly strongly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home, especially in Chevy Chase Village, and who is seeking someone to represent them with the highest degree of professionalism, integrity, honesty, and good character.
Sincerely,
I would like to recommend Lenora Lynham for her exceptional work as my real estate agent for the purchase and sale of my Chevy Chase Village home and assisting me with the purchase of my home in Washington, DC.
Every transaction with Mrs. Lynham has been conducted with the utmost professionalism. In every case, whether I was buying or selling, she displayed thorough understanding of the market, brought in professionals for inspections, service, and title work to insure timely and complete closings, and diligently attended to every detail to make sure the transaction went smoothly.
When I was ready to sell my Village home, Mrs. Lynham’s advice for evaluating market price was invaluable; by pricing my home correctly and helping me stage it to appeal to the most likely buyers, Mrs. Lynham provided excellent advice which helped me achieve my goal for selling at a fair price and with a relatively quick sale. Her marketing efforts were superb and well-targeted, and the company network helped market my home to a wide audience of suitable potential buyers.
I highly recommend her services.
Sincerely,
Muffin Lynham was the Listing Agent for an expensive house that we sold in Chevy Chase Village. Her knowledge of the neighborhood and her willingness to assist us with advice during the sales process as needed were invaluable. She always demonstrated the highest standards of professionalism and was honest and truthful with potential buyers and customers at all times. We very much appreciate her assistance in helping us through the sale process.
The best decision we ever made was to reach out to Muffin Lynham and ask her if she could help us sell the house that had been our family’s home for 50 years&mash;50 years of memories, treasures, travels, ties; and the foothold that welcomed four generations. Gracious and warm, Muffin previewed the phases of what seemed to us a daunting task. With her experience, vast knowledge, talent, imagination, resources, calm guidance, and exquisite judgment, she was the expert we needed and justified the high confidence we had placed in her from the very outset. At the first assessment until the last minute detail, Muffin shepherded us, offering realistic ideas and multiple choices, enabling us to make informed decisions. And because Muffin, always the consummate professional, explained each aspect of this great undertaking down to the last element, stayed in contact, returned our calls, followed up with all developments, and always had time for us, we were never overwhelmed by this enormous project. Her equanimity was contagious. Muffin’s brilliance and her easy-going and charming personality were the magic—I call her the House-Whisperer.
Muffin Lynham was an absolute pleasure to work with in selling our home. Her suggestions and strategies resulted in a sale beyond our expectations, and we cannot imagine going through this process with anyone else with better results. She is truly a gem!
