PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Brad’s interest in real estate started as a child accompanying his grandfather to the family’s rental houses. Later, during college summers, he worked for a custom home builder and utilized those skills to design and build his first home.

Brad started his professional career with IBM, designing, building, and selling data center services. Most importantly, he learned IBM’s commitment to going above and beyond for their clients.

After IBM Brad entered the fitness business, eventually serving as Director of Real Estate for a national fitness chain. He managed the site selection, construction, and growth of the brand from one local location to 73 nationwide.

He has over 23 years of experience in DMV real estate, including working with investors. “I love the architecture and design of homes, especially those features that make them unique. In the DC area, many homes have amazing history as well.”

Brad currently resides in D.C. with his wife Maryellen and their dog Marley. When he is not working hard for his clients, you can find him exploring the history and cuisine of D.C.’s diverse neighborhoods. Brad also likes to express his creativity through the electric guitar.
