PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Will Prendergast is a power player on the Prendergast Team. He was born and raised in the Washington, DC, area and graduated from James Madison University, where he double-majored in International Business and Spanish. He is licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and DC.

Will formed a team with his mother Marianne in July 2010, and they have built upon each other’s successes as agents, believing that a team approach to their business is in the best interests of their clients. They take great pride in working with clients in all three jurisdictions, successfully listing properties and helping buyers find their perfect home. Since becoming a team, their annual production has consistently been in the 75 million dollar range. Will and Marianne are regularly ranked among "America's Best Real Estate Agents" by Real Trends and The Wall Street Journal.

Will has a deep knowledge of the ever-changing real estate market and skillfully handles the many details involved in buying and selling. His can-do attitude and ability to successfully negotiate contract terms in closing a deal make him invaluable to both his clients and to the Prendergast Team.

When Will is not showing properties or creating marketing plans for his sellers, you can find him checking out live music, trying the many hip restaurants in the D.C. Metro area, or spending time in the Eckington neighborhood where he currently resides with his wife, daughter, and dog.
