PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
After several years in business development as a pricing and financial analyst for large government
contractors SAIC and General Dynamics Information Technology, Joe made the move to pursue his
passion for real estate, joining the sales team of William F.X. Moody (co-founder of WFP).

Since joining WFP in January 2015, Joe has been involved in over $650 million of sales in ALL price points, ranging from less than $100 thousand to upwards of $14 million.

As an associate with Ted Gossett since 2020, together Joe and Ted provide superior service to buyers and sellers throughout Washington, DC, Virginia, Maryland, and beyond.

A native Virginian, Joe currently resides in the Rosslyn neighborhood of Arlington.
