We closed on our new home today, 4721 Fulton St NW, with your agent, Danielle Perl.
We cannot say enough positive things about her. She is incredibly smart, very thoughtful, creative in her way of thinking about finding the right fit, and never lost patience or hope in finding us the home that fitted our needs. We looked for the right house for about nine months, and she was incredible throughout the whole process. She often went beyond what I assume are her professional duties to give us the extra pieces of information we needed to make the right decision.
She is also a kind, wonderful person to spend time with, which is invaluable when you spend many Sundays visiting homes.
You are very lucky to have her on your team!
A, Seller
I believe A captured Danielle's professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile. There is no doubt we are now in this home because of Danielle. If Danielle is representative of the caliber of agents working under the WFP umbrella, then you have discovered an unbeatable formula. There is no else I would recommend to friends or the general public. She is a diamond in the rough. You have our most sincere gratitude!
P, Seller
I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate all that was done on my behalf by both Danielle Perl and Reyhan Craddock in the recent sale of my home in the Crestwood neighborhood of DC.
Danielle was professional, creative and attentive every step of the way, from advising me in just what needed to be done to put my house on the market all the way to the end. Her sound advice and continued reassurance made what could have been a very difficult experience so much easier. The very quick and successful results are a testament to her ability and instincts.
With Reyhan’s assistance I was able to proceed through both the listing and closing processes with ease and confidence, feeling well-informed at all times.
Danielle swooped in after we were having a mediocre experience with another realtor. New to the DC real estate market, she guided us through finding and purchasing the right home for our family. Her response time is impeccable, and she researched the market to find exactly what we were looking for—she is one of the most involved agents I have seen! Post-closing she has been super-helpful as we begin some minor renovations on our home, suggesting local contacts so we know everything with be done correctly, honestly, and at the right price. So happy we made the switch to Danielle!
Danielle successfully managed a complicated and demanding sale process with grace and aplomb, fielding multiple offers with messy contingencies, negotiating us to an acceptable outcome with our preferred buyer and shepherding things through to closing. Communication was key, and it was here that Danielle really stood out from other agents. Buying and selling property is a stressful endeavor at the best of times and knowing what’s going on is the only real mitigant for us as a client. We’re delighted to have used Danielle, and she’ll be our first call on all future deals.
Danielle is a superstar. She helped us find our ideal home very quickly, had the right strategies for getting us the house we wanted, guided us with confidence through what is typically a very stressful buying process, answered all of our questions thoroughly and clearly and was a pleasure to work with. We'd recommend her to all.
