PROFFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Although born in southern Germany, Eric considers himself a DC-area native, having lived here for the last three decades. This has made it possible for him to learn the “ins” and “outs” of each individual neighborhood in the District and the surrounding areas as far as the Shenandoah. His local upbringing allows him to provide his clients with unparalleled area knowledge. Eric keeps a constant pulse on the real estate market, recent sales, available inventory, industry trends, and design trends, all of which he applies to benefit and enrich his client’s customer experience. Eric is known for his unwavering dedication, diligence, and attentiveness to his clients as well as his consistent success in going above and beyond to constantly achieve positive results.
Eric has teamed up with top-producing agent Michelle Sagatov at the Gold Group. Together they offer a combined 25-plus years of real estate experience. The Gold Group is guided by the principles of integrity, hard work, and discretion. They strive to offer all their clients a “Gold Standard” of service and are determined to meet the specific needs of each individual client. Their goal is to make the home buying/selling process as transparent and stress-free as possible through clear and concise communication, seamlessly helping their clients navigate every step of the way.
Eric has been with Washington Fine Properties since January 2017 and has worked and grown alongside some of the top agents in the industry, selling everything from one-bedroom condos to multi-million-dollar luxury estates. He is currently licensed in both Washington, DC, and Virginia.
Prior to joining Washington Fine Properties, he studied Business and Communications at George Mason University. Shortly thereafter, Eric worked for three years as a Program Specialist in the Division of Chemistry at the National Science Foundation, where he helped facilitate the funding of scientific research at universities across the country. His desire to have a more impactful and fulfilling career, coupled with his love for the area and real estate, spurred him into becoming a realtor.
After residing in DC for several years, Eric moved to his current residence in Arlington, Virginia, with his partner Isai. During his free time, Eric most likely can be found exercising at the local gym, hiking in the Shenandoah, enjoying DC’s national monuments, or spending quality time with loved ones.
