I got great results, they were very helpful to me during an extremely stressful time. I had a realtor prior to Delia McCormick, tried to sell my property, and had no results with them. I made my appointment to meet with Delia after I had some surgery. When I came out of the surgery the house had been destroyed by flooding. You can imagine, being ill and coming out of a situation like that, not knowing what to do. But Delia was very calm and professional. She hung in there with me during the whole process. They were the very best that you could be and ended up being able to sell the house. They were very knowledgeable, patient, and professional.

We recently purchased a home in King Farm. It was made possible by a most professional and responsive real estate agent — Delia McCormick. Initially, we walked away from the property as we felt it was too dark. In a follow-up call, Delia asked why we'd lost interest. Shortly thereafter, she called back to ask if we'd take another look if the trees in front were trimmed back to allow more light into the home. Within two days, this was accomplished and our next visit ended with our putting in a contract.
She and her husband John were most helpful as we proceeded through the inspection and subsequent repair process.
