We are writing to praise Nancy Itteilag and her excellent team for the outstanding work on the listing and sale of our house in Washington, DC. Nancy is the best real estate agent we could imagine.
Nancy provided advice on how to get our house ready for sale, was always available to answer questions, and helped us in ways that went above and beyond what one might expect from a busy real estate agent. She was upbeat and honest throughout the process. The marketing materials for our house, including the beautiful photographs, were meticulously planned and executed. Nancy’s knowledge of the market and strategy for listing our house proved to be 100 percent correct. She presented the offers in a chart that clearly set forth our options, and the house sold quickly at a good price. We have great respect for Nancy and the professional way in which she runs her business, and we have recommended her to others.
Mike and I are thrilled with the highly effective work you and your team did in marketing and selling our house. We especially appreciated your expert advice as we navigated pricing and due-diligence decisions. The results speak for themselves.
Nancy and her team were terrific. Thank you for all your staging advice and props plus all the vendors to do services. And, of course, thank you for pulling the deal together. As stressful as the process can be at times, you were a great guiding presence.
Nancy, it has been such a pleasure working with you and your team. You've all been wonderful! Thanks again! The gratitude all runs from us to you!
Dear Nancy, Chris, Valerie and Amanda,
It seems like the whole gang is now part of Nancy’s team! What a formidable force! I am trying to integrate multiple properties into our new home in the Hudson Valley. I will get through it. It was, of course, a pleasure to work with you again. Enjoy the rest of the summer.
All the very best,
Dear Nancy,
Thanks to you and your team for all your hard work! We are very happy.
Warm regards,
Dear Nancy,
Thank you for your help this year; it was a pleasure to work with you. I send you wishes for a peaceful holiday and successful new year.
Best,
Dear Nancy & Team,
Many thanks for the very beautiful roses! We are so happy the overseas buyers purchased the house. I feel we are leaving it in good hands and that they will love it as much as we have. Thank you for all that you did to make this happen.
Warmest regards,
Nancy,
Your expertise, and wise guidance made a highly stressful time for us far less stressful. We are forever grateful to you.
Nancy,
We are SO fortunate to have had you representing us. You knew what to do every step of the way!

Nancy,
It's been a pleasure working with you. You and your team are awesome!
Nancy,
You were the bright side of my Wednesday. I have been a salesman for 48 years and I'm always looking to learn. You not only know your product 1000%, but your self-confidence and enthusiasm are electrifying. Thanks for the information, tour, and hospitality. You are top-notch, high-test!
Nancy,
FYI—MG Hilbert told me that you are "THE BEST!"
Nancy,
We appreciate your perspective on the changing real estate situation—and both your and your team's hard work, effort, and time commitment on our behalf! We are confident in our sales team—your team—and appreciate all of your diligence! Thank you ALL! So glad we have your team working with us!
Thank you,
Dear Nancy/Chris,
On behalf of Simon, Carlos, and myself, we would like to thank you for all your help with our sales that occurred this year. Happy New Year and all of the best for you and your family.
Nancy,
Thank you so much for your help with the Potomac School property. It was a pleasure working with you, and we hope to work with you again in the future.
All the best,
Nancy,
After meeting Jack, I must tell you that we are all in love with the Itteilag family and want to have another night out with all of you. How could I not love Jack when he laughed at all of my jokes? Chris is the ideal son for any family. Last but not least, Nancy was not only our Real Estate Agent, but our Lawyer, Accountant, Therapist, and, most of all, our friend. What a great group of people.
Love,
Nancy,
It was a pleasure to spend time with you yesterday at the luncheon. Congratulations, and thank you for the contribution to our company. I am a huge fan of IBM's sales training. Clearly you have taken that base to a higher level with all your success.
Nancy,
You are an excellent agent and a very nice person. I appreciate all of your hard work. We have accomplished what we set out to do—sell my house.
Thank you.
Nancy,
I have regards for you. I saw a Realtor at a house on Park Lane he had open. His name was Jay Dahill. When I told him you were our Realtor, he had some complimentary things to say about you.
Dear Nancy,
I've known for years that you are one in a million.
Congratulations,
